Insurance Scout Partners has been serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Florida since 2018, providing personalized guidance and access to insurance solutions from multiple insurance companies.

Owner Damon Rigetta began his insurance career in 2000, working with life insurance, health insurance, and annuities. In 2003, he opened an Allstate agency, which he owned and operated until 2011.

He later moved into the claims side of the industry, working as an insurance adjuster before taking on a management role with Crawford & Company, where he managed insurance accounts and adjusters throughout the state of Florida.

In 2018, Damon founded Insurance Scout Partners, bringing together experience from agency ownership, claims, account management, and client service to build an independent insurance agency focused on helping Florida clients understand their coverage and compare available options.

Today, Damon brings more than 23 years of insurance experience to the agency. That experience helps shape our approach: taking the time to understand each client's needs, explaining coverage clearly, comparing available options, and building relationships that extend well beyond the initial policy purchase.
